Change at the top of soffico GmbH

Augsburg, 01.04.2025 – The software manufacturer soffico GmbH announces that Rica Holzmann has been appointed as the new Managing Director as of 01.04.2025. She succeeds Thomas Müller, who is moving to the management board on April 1, 2025 after more than 13 years as Managing Director of the Augsburg-based software company. Prof. Dr. Bernd Hafenrichter and Harald Wenger, who have been Managing Directors alongside Thomas Müller since the company was founded, will remain in their positions. Together with them, Rica Holzmann will form the new management team.

Rica Holzmann has been part of soffico GmbH for eight years and was most recently responsible for Sales & Marketing as a member of the Management Board. With her extensive industry knowledge and strategic foresight, she will continue to drive the successful development of the company.

Under Thomas Müller’s leadership, soffico GmbH has been able to provide decisive impetus for growth and establish itself as a leading company in the field of IT/OT integration. Thomas Müller will remain with the company as a member of the management team to provide strategic support for the company in the future with his knowledge and expertise.
