Our hotel recommendation

Hotel Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Augsburg

The hotel is within walking distance of soffico and the event venue. The cost for a single room, including breakfast, is 109 euros, and for a double room, including breakfast, 124 euros.

Payment is to be made directly at the hotel.

You are welcome to book a hotel room from our allocated block. Rooms can still be booked until 6 October 2026 using the reference “OSY2026”. Simply download the form, complete it and send it to info.easy-augsburg03@hrg-hotels.com.

Please note that free cancellation is only possible in writing up until 18:00 on 13 October 2026; after that, 90 per cent of the cost of the service booked by the guest will be charged.
