A long-standing partnership between USU and soffico with over 100 successful customer projects

For over a decade, USU and soffico have enjoyed a successful partnership that has already borne fruit in well over 100 customer projects. Together, USU and soffico are setting new standards in IT and customer service management and supporting companies worldwide in meeting the challenges of a digitalised working world.

Orchestra – the bridge to the USU Service Management System

A central element of the joint collaboration is the integration of various systems into our USU Service Management System. Thanks to the Orchestra middleware solution, it was possible to create interface templates for recurring connections, such as the connection to Microsoft Entra ID. The Orchestra low-code data integration platform enables the connection of a wide variety of systems and guarantees the implementation of complex requirements. This ensures that up-to-date and high-quality data always serves as a basis for work.

Mastering complex connections with Orchestra

By using Orchestra, USU is able to efficiently connect a wide variety of systems and successfully implement even very complex requirements. This means that the USU Service Management System always has the latest data available.

Up-to-date and reliable data is essential for making well-founded decisions in IT service management.

The challenges in USU projects

    It must be ensured that the data is consolidated and cleansed.
  • Restricted interfaces of the source systems:
    Limited access options require creative integration approaches.
  • Bidirectional connections with leading external systems:
    Despite the leading role of the third-party system, smooth data exchange in both directions must be guaranteed.
  • Recurring imports of millions of asset data in a given time:
    The focus here is on efficiency and performance.
